Client Area (billing and services)
Go to ashhost.co.nz/clientarea.php, click Forgot Password? and enter your email address. We'll email you a reset link.
cPanel
Log in to the Client Area, open your hosting service and use any of the Quick Shortcuts – you'll be logged in to cPanel automatically, without a password. Then go to Preferences → Password & Security to set a new one.
Email account
In cPanel, go to Email → Email Accounts and click Manage next to the address to set a new password. You can get there straight from the Client Area using the Email Accounts shortcut.
VPS
If you can't log in over SSH, open the noVNC console from your VPS page in the Client Area. If you're locked out completely, open a support ticket and we'll reset it for you once we've verified your identity.
