iPhone / iPad
- Go to Settings → Apps → Mail → Mail Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account (on older iOS: Settings → Mail → Accounts).
- Enter your name, full email address, password and a description, then tap Next.
- Choose IMAP, and enter host.ashhost.co.nz as both the incoming and outgoing host name. Your username is your full email address in both places.
- Tap Next, then Save.
Android (Gmail app)
- Open Gmail, tap your profile picture → Add another account → Other.
- Enter your email address, tap Manual setup and choose Personal (IMAP).
- Enter your password, then use these settings:
Server Port Security Incoming host.ashhost.co.nz 993 SSL/TLS Outgoing host.ashhost.co.nz 465 SSL/TLS - Make sure Require sign-in is on for outgoing mail, then tap Next to finish.
Having trouble? Check your password works in webmail first.
